Our Conversion Methodology
Because EV Conversion is a serious undertaking, we have devised a methodology to ensure the highest quality, and customer satisfaction. The methodology is comprised of two independent processes; the Design process, and the Conversion process.
Design Process

The Design process was devised in order to provide a low cost way for you to define the vehicle that's right for you. The design phase can be done entirely remotely. So even if your in Bangladesh, we can help you provided we can source a similar vehicle locally.
Requirements
Every conversion starts out as a set of requirements that define your driving needs. Every ones requirements are different. That's why it is so difficult to give a "ballpark estimate" for a conversion. However, one of the most overlooked advantages of an EV conversion is you can specify the exact vehicle to meet your requirements. Provided you have the flexibility to buy the right donor car, and the funds to make your requirements a reality, you can have an EV made to meet your exact needs.
To ensure your requirements are met, we take the requirements gathering process very seriously. We ask a lot of questions and we don't assume anything. We take the time to guide you through the thought process of identifying exactly what you need and want. If we don't do the diligence at the beginning, you won't be satisfied with the result.
Technical Design
The Technical Design is the step by which your requirements are transposed into a physical set of components that will make up your EV. The design is in fact a set of documents and drawing defining technical translation of your performance requirements that dictate exactly:
- which components to source
- what parts to build
- and how it all fits together
Design Review
The Design Review is where we step through your design with you explaining exactly what's included, making sure you are comfortable that the design will meet the requirements you specified. Design reviews can be done in person, but are typically done over the phone. Once completed, we can make any adjustments required.
Build It Decision
Your EV Design is yours to keep. Whether you decide to have us convert your car, do it yourself, have someone else build it, or any combination of the three. If you decide to have us build it, the design fee of $495 is included in the conversion cost, so the design costs you nothing.

Conversion Process

The Conversion process is where we get down to the nuts a bolts to make your car a reality.
Donor Car Inspection
The inspection is where we go over the donor car thoroughly to ensure the vehicle is mechanically and electrically sound, and that there are no potential design complications prior to sourcing parts. Any issues with the viability of the vehicle should be addressed at this point. In many cases, we can address many issues or help you find the right source that can.
Parts Sourcing
Now's we're ready to start ordering the components of your EV, and fabricating the custom parts like battery racks, boxes, adaptors, and motor mounts.
Donor Car Prep
Parts are beginning to arrive. It's time to begin the transformation. Removal of the ICE components (engine, fuel, emissions control, and exhaust systems) happens in this phase in preparation for the installation
Installation
Now it gets exciting. The drive system, batteries, and control components are installed. This is the most laborious phase, but in the overall process probably the fastest once all the components are in hand.
Testing
Your EV is all together now. Time to test and tweak to get make sure everything's in order. We don't rush this phase. It can sometimes take as long as the installation phase until we're satisfied with the overall installation.
Review and Testing
Now it's time to introduce you to your new EV. We'll go over the owner's manual, driving tips, maintenance, and safety procedures to make sure you get the most from your new ride.
Customer Acceptance
Most important. Time to review your original requirements and make sure your EV meets them.
Delivery
Now for the exciting part.....you drive your new EV away...
